The organizers have reserved blocks of rooms at local hotels. The prices on all of these rooms are good for April 6 - 8, 2017, allowing for Friday arrival and Monday departure.
- The Morris Inn at Notre Dame rate is $149/night for a Single King Standard room. Follow the link to book at reduced rate directly or call the hotel at (574) 631-2000 or (800) 280-7256 and mention "NSL Reunion". Reservations need to be made by March 16, 2018 in order to receive the group rate. The hotel is located on campus and within walking distance to Jordan Hall.
- The Fairfield Inn & Suites South Bend rate is $126/night for a Standard King room or $136/night for a King Suite and Sofa Sleeper. Click on the link to book at reduced rate directly or call (574) 234-5510 and mention "NSL Reunion". Reservations need to be made by March 16, 2018 for the group rate. It is approximately a 15-minute walk to Jordan Hall.
- Ivy Court Inn & Suites rate is $89/night for either a Standard King or a Doubles room. Please call the hotel directly at (574) 277-6500 and ask for "NSL Reunion" room block. Reservations need to be made by March 16, 2018 for the group rate. The hotel is located on the south side of campus, about a 15-minute walk to Jordan Hall.
- The Inn at St. Mary's rate is $109/night for either a Standard King or a Doubles room. Click on the link to book directly at the group rate or call (574) 232-4000 and ask for "Notre Dame Physics" rate. Reservations need to be made by March 16, 2018 for the group rate. The hotel provides shuttle service to campus. You may contact them directly to setup the arrangement.
