Author: Shelly Goethals

The Peaslee lab group, led by Professor Graham Peaslee, is embarking on an innovative project to investigate the elemental composition and contaminants in house dust across Indiana. Utilizing Reddit's platform, they are calling for volunteers from all corners of the state to contribute their house dust samples for analysis.

The main goal of this unique initiative is to gain insights into the makeup of house dust and identify potential contaminants that might affect Indiana residents' health and well-being. By involving the public in this research, the Peaslee lab aims to increase awareness about indoor  environmental quality.

For more information on the project, the group has a website at Overview for the Indiana House Dust Survey – Peaslee Lab Group.
