Lab Tours
The best way to explore the science and research of the Nuclear Science Lab is in person. We encourage groups to contact us for tours by appointment. Please contact nsladmin@nd.edu for more information. A guided tour will lead you through the control rooms and experimental areas of the laboratory, with introductions to the acceleration of nuclei and the detection systems used in exploring the resulting interactions.

General Audience High school students and adults. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. |
Tour Durations Tours take approx. 60 minutes, with shortened versions available to cover specific requests. |
Group Size For safety and to ensure a full experience, group sizes are generally limited to 10 - 15 people at a time. |
